Roll Laptop

Roll Laptop!

A new and improved laptop will be coming out in 2013. This laptop is much easier to carry around because it can roll up and you can carry it like a normal bag.Not only is it a laptop, but it can be a tablet too. You can watch movies, TV shows, search up things on goggle or youtube and much more. I'm sure a lot of people are already asking their parents for it. I'm definitely asking my parents for this amazing laptop.

The Killer Whale Submarine

The Killer Whale Submarine

Workers have built a new and improved submarine. This time not only do you go underwater, but you go underwater in fashion. The submarine is made to look like a Killer Whale. The Submarine goes up to 25 mph and has a 14 gallon fuel tank. Although this submarine only holds up to two people I find this a cool invention.

Dogs can now smell explosives

Scientists have been working on this project for a couple for weeks and finally found away for dogs to smell explosives! I find this amazing that dogs can actually do this. It's a chip that you stick up your dogs nose and whenever there is an explosive around the dogs will be able to smell it. Mostly police and detectives find this useful, but otherwise there is probably no other way you would want to buy this product. This will definitely help us find out a lot of things. Although this product is really cool I feel bad for the dog.

Texting is going to far!

I think all people love to text I know I do, but it seems to be that texting is going to far. Everywhere you go we are always texting someone even if they are sitting right next to you! I think everyone should try their best not to text as much.

Twitter taking on Instagram

Twitter appears poised to take on Instagram directly by offering sets of photo filters through its mobile apps, according to a report in New York Times. Times reported in the coming months Twitter plans to update its mobile applications to introduce filters for photos that will allow people to share altered photos on Twitter and bypass them to Instagram. The filters on Instagram make photos look like they were shot in the 1960s or 1890s. Although adding photo filters to Twitter may seem like a trivial addition to a social network that processes nearly a billion people every two days, it could prove to be an important part of the company's business. What it looks like is that Twitter is finally learning steps from Facebook: If you can't buy it, build it.

Apple 36 Years Ago!

A little over 36 years ago, Apple launched the Apple I, often remembered for the classic picture of it housed in a humble wooden computer case with a carved "Apple Computer" logo.
Apple's designs slowly evolved from bulky plastic towers to rounded and colorful products, then solidified themselves in a place where ultrathin components and catchy colors co-exist. My picture below shows what Apple looked like 36 years ago.

Texting Emotions

Emoticons are graphic symbols that use punctuation marks and letters to represent facial expressions to explain a person's mood, help provide context to a person's textual communication and clarify a message that could otherwise possibly be misconstrued. The study, "of Emoticon Use in Text Messaging from Smartphones," used smartphone data from men and women over six months and aggregated 124,000 text messages. The participants were given free iPhones to use for the test period but didn't know what researchers were investigating. It was seen that women use more of these emotions than men do.

Smaller IPads!

A smaller iPad is coming. For the first time since the iconic tablet's launch in 2010, Apple is giving the product line an expansion. We aren't sure if this will be called the IPad mini or IPad air. I think a lot of people will be out there buying this new product because it's smaller which makes it easier to take with you. We even know the date that Apple will send out its invitations: October 10.

Bank of America is Testing Iphones!

Bank of America is testing a new mobile-payment service that lets customers use their Apple or Google smartphones to scan pictures to pay for things. The bank is testing technology developed by a company called Paydiant. The solution uses Quick Response or QR codes. The way it works is that users use their smartphones to scan the QR code, which unlocks the users' bank information stored in Bank of America's network to complete the transaction. The QR codes could be displayed at the register in a store when a customer is checking out, or a restaurant could print the code on the check, allowing patrons to scan their bills right at the table and pay without ever handing over a credit card or cash.
